For 25 years we have specialised in offering informed, independent roofing and cladding advice to Developers, Architects, Building Owners, Surveyors, Property Managers and Main Contractors. We also act as an Expert Witness when required.
Our speciality is profiled metal and composite panel systems and whilst we ensure close contact with the major manufacturers we are totally independent of them all.
Since starting in 1993, we have inspected literally hundreds of industrial and commercial buildings ranging from a few hundred square metres to over seventy thousand square metres.
We carry out many dilapidation inspections acting for either landlord or tenant as required.
